Taxi Drivers in KL & PJ are just overpampered (not sure about anywhere else).
If it’s raining, they don’t drive.
If it’s jam time, they don’t drive.
If it’s going into a housing area, they don’t drive.
If it’s too early, they don’t drive.
If it’s too late, they don’t drive.
If it’s not within their own ‘neighborhood’, they don’t drive.
And they dare to complain they’re not making enough to stay alive / make ends meet.
And they dare to demand fare hike!
Guys/Gals, can you feel me on this?

You step into a mall.
You see rows and rows of shops selling electronic products such as notebooks, handphone and ipods.
What makes you want to by from THAT shop?
What makes you want to go back to THAT shop again and again?
Could it be they have a strong customer service, they are courteous, they know you by your name, they know what you’re looking for, they know what matters to you?
Could it be that customer service is in a way part of the product?
Think about it.
